Serves: 6 to share | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 15 min
Ingredients
- 1 wheel brie or camembert (about 200 g)
- ⅓ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 sprigs thyme, leaves picked
- 3 tbsp The Flavorsmith Hot Honey
- Flaky sea salt
- Crackers, sliced baguette or apple slices, to serve
Method
- Heat the oven to 180°C. Put the brie in a small ovenproof dish and score a criss-cross into the top rind.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until soft and wobbly in the middle.
- Meanwhile, toast the walnuts in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pile the walnuts and thyme on the brie, drizzle with Hot Honey and finish with a pinch of sea salt.
- Serve straight away with crackers, baguette or apple.
Chef's tip: Warm the Hot Honey jar in a cup of hot water for a minute so it drizzles in a thin, even stream.
