Thank you for shopping with The Flavorsmith. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our products across New Zealand.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders are shipped with a tracked courier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Urban addresses: 1–3 business days

  • Rural addresses: 2–5 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. If you haven't received this within 3 business days, please contact us at [your email].


Missed or Incorrect Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us, we can arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect delivery details, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) may be available upon request, depending on the circumstances.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. For international enquiries, please email us.
