Heat warning: Olé Reaper is made with Carolina Reaper, one of the world's hottest chillies. Start with less than the recipe says and add more to taste.

- ¾ cup plain flour
- ¾ cup milk or water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½–1 tsp The Flavorsmith Olé Carolina Reaper Sriracha
- Blue cheese or ranch dip, to serve
Method
- Heat the oven to 220°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Whisk the flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika and salt into a batter.
- Dip each floret in batter, then roll in panko. Place on the tray.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
